Highspire is the premiere learning experience for construction company owners. More than just a straightforward business education, Highspire’s coaches share their hard-won tools and knowledge with those who want to take their business to the next level — and turn making a living into building a legacy. We worked with Highspire’s founding team on a thorough brand foundation and identity, as well as a website design, build, and launch.

Highspire

Highspire — originally named “Legacy Curve” — was founded by four seasoned industry experts with incredibly diverse experience across real estate. Pooling together their knowledge as builders, developers, and investors, they sought to educate and nurture the next generation of real estate developers with the best tools of the trade.

Before any of that could happen, though, they needed a strategy, and they needed a new public face. We helped with both.

So, back to the original name: Legacy Curve. While they appreciated the name’s on-the-nose nature, it never felt quite right. We embarked on a brief renaming exercise with the team, assessing multiple options before arriving at Highspire: a name that embraces aspiration and achievement, with thematic nods to what they do: build.

The new name laid a fresh foundation to create a full visual identity. Our explorations went wide and deep before landing on the eventual winning identity, which embraced a warm, monochromatic palette with bold accent colour, while maintaining a feel of sophistication and confidence.

One of our favourite features of the brand is the logomark—an H with a slightly elongated side, injecting some playfulness and versatility while giving clear visual nods to growth and building. The mark anchored the brand's visual language, and was redeployed as a shape for framing photography across the website.

To debut the new brand, we designed and launched a website that honoured and extended the Highspire identity. Largely monochromatic, with striking accents, we struck a sophisticated and aspirational visual tone. To align with our client's goals, it was imperative that the website not only showcase the brand, but also drive qualified leads to enrol in Highspire's upcoming cohort.

We achieved brand touch through simple animation, hover, and scrolling effects, with prominent use of polished professional photography and the most essential content—introducing the program.
